1 kilo of potatoes
750 grams of winter carrot
250 grams of white onions
1 to 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
spoon diijon mustard
bag of rocket
4 veal or beef sauces
Preparation method
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
Also cut the onion and winter carrot
Boil potatoes with carrot and onion and salt in a 7-minute steam cooker (or in a normal pan, then the cooking time is longer)
Meanwhile, baking sausage.
Drain vegetables and coarsely ground with pestle.
Stir in crème fraiche and mustard.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve with sausages and spread rocket over it.
